The Windows-application ecos keyman has been in use for 10 years, under constant development and
continually adapted to the latest developments.

We have placed major emphasis on the design of the Graphic User Interface and ease-of-use:

• Simplified functions, familiar to Windows, shorten the learning curve and facilitate use of the program:
• Drag and Drop is implemented to transfer users and their complete profiles (e.g. PIN, access times) easily to other systems.
• Quicksearch enables fast location of users in Treeview. This function is especially useful with hundreds of users.
• Graphic symbols for a clearer overview, e.g.:

• Simple color-coding, green means all O.K., red means something is wrong. Example: the red user is not yet stored, or is temporarily removed from the key cabinet.
• User groups and single users with extensive master file data
• Quick overview of the key-table with usage logs of the selected key#
• Key master data with the possibility of assigning multiple keys per slot using the group function
• Assigning individual keys to specific modules whereby the system can assume several functions.
• Restricted removal times
• Key return obligation with alarm message after time is exceeded, can also be sent as e-mail alarm to various persons automatically
• Automatically generated reports for single keys or groups and periodical e-mail forwarding of said reports
