This service option consists of telephone support, software updates, remote maintenance using remote-access and telephone training of new employees. A 20 % discount on necessary replacement parts is also included with this option.
Our full service-maintenance contract includes all the telephone support services, in addition this option includes an annual service. Included therein are checkups, service, care, maintenance and incidental repairs, including any necessary replacement parts (Accessories are excluded). For each additional onsite appointment a discount of 20% on travel expense and working time, and a discount of 100 % on replacement parts will be given.
Our high-availability service includes everything from the full-service package plus 24-hour-support with a 4 hour response time.Latest News & Events
